Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jeune d’Or, your satisfaction is our top priority. We craft and deliver each essence with the utmost care. However, due to the personal nature of our perfume products, we maintain a strict return, refund, and cancellation policy as outlined below:

Return Policy

  • Jeune d’Or perfumes and other fragrance items cannot be returned once delivered, as opened or used products cannot be resold due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Our formulations use active essential oils and natural ingredients. Damages caused by neglect, improper storage, or misuse are not covered under this policy.
  • We do not accept returns due to skin sensitivities or allergic reactions. Please perform a patch test as instructed on every product.
  • In case of damaged, leaked, broken, or missing products due to transit, please report within 24–48 hours of delivery with all supporting visuals.

Refund Policy

  • Jeune d’Or is not liable for any damages reported after delivery unless backed by proof in the form of:
  • A clear unboxing video
  • Original outer packaging
  • Images/videos of the product received
  • For missing item/leakage/breakage/incorrect product claims, please contact us at hello@maisonjuenedor.in with the subject line: “Refund For \[Order ID]”.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted without the above documentation.
  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, kindly refuse to accept it from the courier at the time of delivery.
  • In case your order is marked “delivered” but not received, report it within 3 days of delivery status. Beyond this time frame, no refund will be processed.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable as they are levied by third-party logistics.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 4–7 working days.
  • A refund request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If approved, refunds may take up to 15 days from the date of acceptance to reflect in your account.
  • Upon initiation, we will provide a transaction ID and confirmation details.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse. Please contact us at the earliest.
    A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from prepaid order cancellations.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
  • If a prepaid order is returned after shipment,
  • ₹75 will be deducted before issuing the refund.

  • Q1. When will I receive the refund after cancellation/approval?
  • For prepaid orders: Refunds are credited within 15 days to the original source.
  • For COD: The amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 4–7 working days from refund approval.

Q2. Are opened/used products eligible for return?

  • No. Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Q3. How can I cancel an order placed by mistake?
