At Jeune d’Or, your satisfaction is our top priority. We craft and deliver each essence with the utmost care. However, due to the personal nature of our perfume products, we maintain a strict return, refund, and cancellation policy as outlined below:<\/p>

Return Policy<\/p>

  • Jeune d’Or perfumes and other fragrance items cannot be returned once delivered, as opened or used products cannot be resold due to hygiene and safety concerns.<\/li>
  • Our formulations use active essential oils and natural ingredients. Damages caused by neglect, improper storage, or misuse are not covered under this policy.<\/li>
  • We do not accept returns due to skin sensitivities or allergic reactions. Please perform a patch test as instructed on every product.<\/li>
  • In case of damaged, leaked, broken, or missing products due to transit, please report within 24\u201348 hours<\/strong> of delivery with all supporting visuals.<\/li><\/ul>

    Refund Policy<\/p>

    • Jeune d’Or is not liable for any damages reported after delivery<\/strong> unless backed by proof in the form of:<\/li>
    • A clear unboxing video<\/li>
    • Original outer packaging<\/li>
    • Images\/videos of the product received<\/li>
    • For missing item\/leakage\/breakage\/incorrect product claims, please contact us at hello@maisonjuenedor.in with the subject line: \u201cRefund For \\[Order ID]\u201d.<\/li>
    • Refund requests will not be accepted without the above documentation.<\/li>
    • If the package appears tampered or damaged, kindly refuse to accept it from the courier at the time of delivery.<\/li>
    • In case your order is marked \u201cdelivered\u201d but not received, report it within 3 days of delivery status. Beyond this time frame, no refund will be processed.<\/li>
    • Delivery charges are non-refundable as they are levied by third-party logistics.<\/li>
    • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 4\u20137 working days.<\/li>
    • A refund request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.<\/li>
    • If approved, refunds may take up to 15 days from the date of acceptance to reflect in your account.<\/li>
    • Upon initiation, we will provide a transaction ID and confirmation details.<\/li><\/ul>

      Cancellation Policy<\/p>

      • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse. Please contact us at the earliest.
        A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from prepaid order cancellations.<\/li>
      • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.<\/li>
      • If a prepaid order is returned after shipment,<\/li>
      • \u20b975 will be deducted before issuing the refund.<\/li><\/ul>

        • For prepaid orders: Refunds are credited within 15 days to the original source.<\/li>

          • No. Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.<\/li>
